3.1 Deposit Terms

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on moja7: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount by any method is ৳200. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited — deposits and withdrawals must be made from an account in your own name.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. After successful verification, withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. moja7 reserves the right to request additional identity verification for large withdrawals. If there are any unfulfilled wagering requirements from an active bonus at the time of a withdrawal request, that withdrawal may be placed on hold.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

moja7 follows strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. If a suspicious transaction is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended and supporting documents may be requested. 4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on games approved by moja7.
• Bonuses are not transferable to another person.

• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days — any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled after expiry.

In moja7's 5-tier VIP program, members earn weekly cashback based on their regular gaming activity. The tiers and maximum weekly cashback rates are as follows:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Progression through VIP tiers depends on your overall gaming activity and loyalty.

5.1 List of Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Misusing bonuses or attempting to circumvent bonus terms (bonus abuse).
• Using hacking, viruses or any harmful software.
• Playing using automated bots, scripts or software.
• Engaging in fraudulent collusion with other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes.
• Falsely claiming to be a moja7 employee or representative.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical error or bug on the platform.

6.1 Account Closure by moja7

moja7 may suspend or close an account at any time without prior notice due to breach of terms, suspicious activity or legal obligations. Where justified, any real-money balance will be returned at the time of account closure, however bonus balances will be forfeited.

6.2 Voluntary Closure by Member
